bet939 Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Platform Agreement

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with bet939. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. If bet939 has any reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and any funds deposited will be held pending age verification. Confirmed underage accounts will be closed and deposited funds returned to the payment source after identity review.

1.2 Residential Eligibility

bet939 accepts registrations from players located in Pakistan. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of bet939 is consistent with any local laws or regulations applicable to them. bet939 does not accept responsibility for any player's individual legal situation and recommends that players seek independent legal advice if they have concerns about their eligibility.

1.3 Registration Accuracy

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information when registering.
• Your registered name must match the name on the payment account you use for deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• You may only register one account per person. Any additional accounts discovered will be closed immediately.

1.4 Mobile Number Verification

A valid Pakistani mobile number is required to complete registration on bet939. This number is used for identity verification, payment processing notifications and, where enabled, two-factor authentication. Each mobile number may be associated with one bet939 account only.

2.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet939 account credentials. Do not share your password, PIN or OTP codes with anyone, including individuals claiming to be bet939 representatives. bet939 staff will never ask for your full password under any circumstances. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify support immediately at support@bet939.im and change your password as a priority.

2.2 Account Ownership

• Your bet939 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted or shared with any third party.
• Allowing another person to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of someone else, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• All wagers placed on bet939 must be for the account holder's own personal entertainment only.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bet939 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, or a selfie for biometric confirmation. Verification is typically requested before processing larger withdrawal amounts or when account activity triggers a review flag. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed, with balances held pending the verification outcome.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.
• bet939 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied are by your payment provider.
• Minimum deposit of Rs 200 applies. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see Section 4.
• bet939 does not apply withdrawal fees on any supported channel. Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods.
• bet939 reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on withdrawals above Rs 100,000 per transaction or Rs 500,000 per calendar month. These checks do not delay standard withdrawals but may require additional documentation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bet939's welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically when the qualifying deposit is made. Minimum qualifying deposit, bonus percentage and eligible games are specified in the promotion terms displayed at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per payment method.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details before the bonus is claimed.
• Standard wagering requirements on bet939 range from 15× to 40× depending on the promotion type.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bet939 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract value from promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made by bet939's compliance team based on account data analysis.

4.4 VIP Club Rewards

The bet939 VIP Club offers cashback and rewards at Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers. VIP benefits are calculated and credited weekly based on real-money wagering volume from the preceding seven-day period. VIP tier cashback is credited as bonus funds subject to a 1× wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. bet939 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds and benefits with reasonable notice to existing VIP members.

5.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on bet939 use a random number generator that has been independently tested and certified. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party after a wager has been accepted. The certification status of our RNG is available on request through the compliance team.

5.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game — such as a server disconnection mid-wager, a display error or a game malfunction — bet939 will investigate using server-side logs. If the error demonstrably affected the result, the wager will be voided and the staked amount refunded to your account balance. Wins that resulted from an obvious technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

5.3 Live Casino Rules

For live dealer games, the dealer's physical actions determine the outcome. In the event of a dispute, the video recording of the live session is the authoritative record. Bets placed after the dealer has announced "no more bets" are not valid regardless of the outcome. Connection interruptions on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of a wager that was accepted before the disconnection.

6.1 Use of Bots and Automated Software

Using any automated software, bot, script, macro or any other mechanism to interact with bet939 in a way that provides an unfair advantage — including but not limited to automated betting, decision-making algorithms or screen-scraping tools — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.

6.2 Collusion

Any form of collusion between players — including sharing information about cards or positions in real-time, coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes, or any form of match-fixing in live betting markets — is a serious breach of these Terms. bet939 monitors all player activity for collusion indicators and will act on any confirmed cases without notice.

6.3 Payment Fraud

• Depositing using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials is a criminal offence and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Filing false chargebacks on valid transactions is considered attempted fraud and will result in account closure.
• Attempting to exploit deposit matching or cashback promotions through artificial transaction structuring will result in all relevant bonuses being voided.

6.4 Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities

Deliberately exploiting any error, loophole or technical vulnerability in the bet939 platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. If you identify a genuine technical error, you are required to report it to support immediately. Players who exploit rather than report vulnerabilities forfeit all winnings associated with the exploitation and face permanent account closure.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your bet939 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment account after standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Accounts cannot be reopened once closed at the player's request — a new account would need to be registered, subject to eligibility review.

7.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

bet939 reserves the right to close any account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, confirmed underage registration, confirmed identity fraud, or regulatory requirements. In cases of closure due to player error or platform decision unrelated to player misconduct, real-money balances will be returned. Balances associated with bonus abuse, fraud or terms violations will be forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request temporary self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. 8.1 Platform Availability

bet939 strives to maintain platform availability 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. bet939 is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves risk and you may lose money. bet939 is not liable for losses incurred through legitimate gameplay. You accept full responsibility for your wagering decisions. If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings or contact our support team for assistance.

8.3 Third-Party Services

Some bet939 games and payment services are provided by third-party suppliers. While bet939 selects these suppliers carefully and monitors their service quality, we are not liable for third-party technical failures beyond our control. Any confirmed third-party game error that can be verified against server records will be addressed according to Section 5.2.

9.1 Right to Amend

bet939 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

9.2 Continued Use as Acceptance

Continuing to use bet939 after any revised Terms have taken effect constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date of changes indicates full acceptance.

9.3 Governing Version

These Terms and Conditions are published in English and English is the governing language for the interpretation of any clause. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version takes precedence.
